• Rruga Njazi Meka 87, Tirana: an office roughly 2 km north-east of Skanderbeg Square, a short drive or taxi ride from the centre rather than a walk.
• Rogner Hotel Tirana, Bulevardi Dëshmorët e Kombit 9, Tirana 1010: an office at the hotel in the Blloku district, about 1 km and a 10 to 11 minute walk from Skanderbeg Square, and only a few minutes on foot from the Pyramid of Tirana and the Air Albania Stadium.

Getting to and Around the Tirana Downtown Offices

If you are arriving at Tirana Airport first, the centre is around 17 km away, roughly 25 to 30 minutes by road via the SH60 and the SH2, longer at rush hour. Traffic is heaviest from around 7am to 9am and 4pm to 6pm, so avoid scheduling a car hire collection or return in those windows if you can. Taxis are the simplest way to reach an office with luggage, and a navigation app is worth using even for short hops, because some central streets are pedestrianised and the one-way layout changes how a short trip is driven.

The offices are spread across the city rather than clustered in one place, so choose the one your booking names rather than the one that looks closest on a map. If you are staying in Blloku or near the Pyramid, the hotel office is within walking distance. If you are staying near Skanderbeg Square, allow a short taxi ride to the others.

Pick-Up, Drop-Off, and Refuelling at the Tirana Downtown Offices

City-centre offices keep different hours from the airport, and outside standard hours, collection and return should not be assumed. Albania has no nationwide roadside recovery service, so if your plans change, contact your supplier as early as you can rather than after your agreed time has passed.
